At Lashkaraa, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your luxury ethnic wear; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original Lashkaraa security tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
